ABOUT US
The Best Dance School In Fayetteville
Motivated About Dance Studioz first opened its doors in 2023 with the idea of a studio where dancers can grow and develop together as a family; a studio that will become a fundamental piece in their personal growth. Over the years, Motivated About Dance Studioz has had a few different homes within our community of Fayetteville NC. From our first single classroom studio to our current state of the art facility, we’ve always built and designed with our students and their families in mind.
Ms. Ranisha’s love for dance began at just 2 years old when she stepped into her very first class at Dancing on Main in Kingstree, SC. From that moment, dance became her outlet, her joy, and her voice. Her training spans a wide range of styles including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, pom, acro, clogging, salsa, bachata, and many more, allowing her to develop a movement style that blends heart, versatility, and fearless expression.
She has had the honor of training with respected choreographers and performers such as Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Carisa Wilson, Keith Wilder, and other industry professionals—experiences that continue to shape her dynamic and empowering approach to teaching.
Ms. Ranisha began her teaching journey as a student assistant at Linda Kinlaw School of Dance, where she discovered her passion for guiding and mentoring young dancers. That early spark evolved into a lifelong mission: to uplift and inspire through movement.
Today, she proudly serves as the Owner and Artistic Director of Motivated About Dance Studioz (M.A.D Studioz) in Fayetteville, NC, and the Director of the Dance Program at Pine Forest High School, where she continues to lead with passion both in and out of the classroom.
Her choreography has earned numerous accolades, including Judge’s Choice Awards, Best in Show, Overall High Scores, and special recognition for storytelling, emotional impact, and originality. Her routines have been featured at county showcases, halftime performances, national competitions, and on international platforms.
Beyond titles and trophies, Ms. Ranisha is known for cultivating a studio culture where dancers feel empowered, celebrated, and deeply connected. She emphasizes discipline, artistry, self-expression, and growth—helping each dancer discover their confidence both on stage and in life.
Her mission is not only to create strong dancers, but strong, expressive, and resilient humans. Through M.A.D Studioz, she continues building a legacy of excellence, joy, and purpose—one eight-count at a time.
The heartbeat behind the scenes, Ms. April keeps everything at M.A.D Studioz running with excellence, structure, and a whole lot of heart. As our Director of Operations, she is the driving force that ensures every detail—from class schedules to communication systems—is handled with precision and care.
With a strong background in administration and a deep-rooted passion for youth development, Ms. April brings a powerful blend of professionalism and purpose to her role. She is deeply committed to supporting dancers, families, and staff, and her work helps create the warm, organized, and empowering environment M.A.D Studioz is known for.
Known for her calm leadership, sharp attention to detail, and unwavering dedication, Ms. April is the go-to for all things logistics—from enrollment and studio communication to day-to-day coordination and parent support. She’s often the first face families see when they need help and the quiet cheerleader working behind the scenes to make each season run smoothly.
Whether she’s answering emails, planning the next event, solving a scheduling challenge, or celebrating milestones with our dancers, Ms. April does it all with kindness, consistency, and a deep love for the M.A.D mission.
We are beyond grateful to have her leading the way, and we couldn’t imagine our studio without her steady hands and supportive heart at the helm.
